A 60 minute training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all-important) squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. We train your body to be capable of taking on the physical challenges of real life so that you can enjoy life and do the things you love.
A 45-60 minute training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with a mix of high intensity interval training, strength training and cardio. This is a great foundation if you’re looking to advance to CrossFit, and open to all levels of fitness.
A program that includes multiple team training sessions throughout the week in a designated training area, not open to the public. This program includes individualized programming to progress your Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk, Snatch) and also includes unlimited USAW-L2 Coaching and & Analysis.
A program that is designed to teach student athletes functional movements that will build their strength, endurance, explosiveness and speed. This program includes multiple training sessions throughout the week, with individualized programming to advance the athlete in their skill set and sport.
A group program designed to help those new to health and fitness create lasting change and habits to promote long term health and wellness!

This 16 week program will consist of an initial assessment to obtain starting data and evaluate goals, 3 group workouts each week, individual nutrition coaching, and group accountability offerings.

Drive is a program led by our head Sports Performance Coach Ambrose Aquadro, with oversight by Zach Haulman, PT, DPT, TPI certified, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Drive is open to ALL levels and abilities, and designed to increase your power, flexibility, and club head speed. Add 20-yards to your drive and play pain-free golf! This program is available as individual sessions or group sessions, by appointments only.
Remote Sports Performance Training
Remote (at-home) training so you don't lose your progress while at home! Specific workouts are sent to each athlete via an app called TrueCoach. Each workout is 100% designed for each individual based on their needs and accessible equipment. Certain exercises will require video submission to the app to make sure the athlete is performing them correctly and each exercise will have a video description attached.
This program is a limited or no equipment option for those that don’t have a lot of time, are limited on resources or income, or for those who are/will be traveling. A daily limited workout of 30-40 minutes will be programmed everyday with a bodyweight option for those without equipment. The only minimum required equipment is something to use as a weight (DBs, KBs, barbell, etc) a jump rope, box (or something to step up on), rings or any type of pull-up bar.
